Seiko 5206

The Seiko 5206 movement was a mid- to high range calibre introduced in the early 70’s on the Seiko LM Special range. It beats at 28,800 bph and has 23 or 25 jewels. It evolved in the 5216 a couple of years later.
A higher version of this movement was available, the 5245 & 5246 found on the KS Special and KS Vanac Special ranges.
