Description
Original Seiko King KS 5625-7000 from December 1969. Nice stainless steel case in good condition, original KS signed crown, gold medallion at the back. White flawless dial, steel hour markers. Dauphine hands. date at 3 o’clock, with a working quickset.
The watch is in its original condition including the glass crystal.
The automatic Seiko 5625 movement is clean, has just been serviced (replacement of the mainspring and the hacking second lever spring which was missing) and is holding very good time (+ 5 s/j), the balance having a good amplitude (240°).
Finally, the watch comes with a brand new black “lizard” leather band.
This 56KS “7000”is according to me the most attractive 56KS, the beautiful case is absolutely typical from the production of Seiko in these late 60’s.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced, checked and cleaned (06/2023). Water resistance non tested.
