Seldom Seiko LM De Luxe 5626-8140 from January 1976. This model, introduced in 1976, even if belonging to the Lord Matic range, is actually closer to the King Seiko, which production has been stopped in 1975. It shares the same 28,800 bph 5626 movement.
Nice and big stainless steel case in good condition, matte white flawless dial, numeral hour markers. Day and date at 3 o’clock, with a working quickset.
The watch is in its original condition, the glass crystal is in very good condition (with two tiny chips on the rim).
The automatic Seiko 5626 movement is clean, has just been serviced (replacement of the anchor) and is holding very good time (+ 5 s/j), the balance having a good amplitude.
Finally, the watch comes with a brand new brown padded leather band.
Vintage watch with unknown history but checked and cleaned (11/2023). Water resistance non tested.
