War die Longines Conquest urspr\u00fcnglich als sportliche, wasserdichte Uhr konzipiert, entwickelte sie sich in den 80er Jahren zu einer anspruchsvolleren Uhr, die dem allgemeinen Trend dieser Zeit folgte und durch deutlich kleinere und d\u00fcnnere Quarzwerke erm\u00f6glicht wurde. Auch die verwendeten Materialien waren mit Titan, Gold und Saphirglas raffinierter.
Diese neue Conquest-Generation war deutlich kleiner als die vorherige, mit Geh\u00e4usen von nur 33 mm Durchmesser und meist mit Quarzwerken ausgestattet. Einige Modelle verf\u00fcgten jedoch \u00fcber ein Automatikwerk, das L990, das letzte Manufakturkaliber von Longines vor der Einf\u00fchrung von ETA-Uhrwerken.
Wir werden uns auf eine dieser automatischen Conquest konzentrieren, die Las Vegas mit einem Titangeh\u00e4use und -armband.

Pr\u00e4sentation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Wie bereits erw\u00e4hnt, ist diese Conquest-Generation klein und hat ein Geh\u00e4use von nur 33 mm Breite. Das Design ist typisch f\u00fcr diese Zeit und besteht aus einer Kombination zweier verschiedener Metalle (Titan und vergoldeter Stahl). Die Uhr selbst ist mit nur 7 mm H\u00f6he sehr flach. Das Titan ist an seiner dunkelgrauen F\u00e4rbung leicht zu erkennen.
Am Handgelenk sieht die Uhr ziemlich klein aus, aber ich muss sagen, dass mir mittelgro\u00dfe Uhren immer besser gefallen. Sie sind viel bequemer, wir vergessen sogar, dass wir eine Uhr am Handgelenk tragen, und sie bleiben gut lesbar.

Das Zifferblatt & Zeiger<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das Zifferblatt dieser Conquest ist im Vergleich zum Geh\u00e4use recht konventionell. Es ist matt und weist keine Struktur auf. Die Stundenmarkierungen bestehen aus d\u00fcnnen Strichen und drei Punkten bei 12, 6 und 9 Uhr. Das Datum wird bei 3 Uhr angezeigt.
Das Longines-Logo und der Zusatz \u201eAutomatic\u201c befinden sich an ganz normalen Positionen und sind wie auf den meisten Longines-Zifferbl\u00e4ttern geschrieben. Wir bemerken, dass der Modellname auf dem Zifferblatt nicht sichtbar ist.
Die Zeiger sind einfache goldene Stifte.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Der Fall <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das Titangeh\u00e4use ist \u00fcberwiegend rund und hat breite \u00d6sen. Das Armband ist mit einem Stift und nicht mit einem Federsteg befestigt, sozusagen in das Geh\u00e4use integriert. Der Geh\u00e4useboden ist einfach eingepresst und hat in der Mitte ein Glas. Die Abmessungen betragen 33,5 mm x 37 mm x 7 mm. Es war eine gro\u00dfartige Leistung, eine 7 mm d\u00fcnne Automatikuhr mit schleichender Sekunde und Datumsfenster herzustellen. M\u00f6glich wurde dies durch das extrem flache L990-Uhrwerk (3 mm) und das flache Saphirglas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bei diesem speziellen Las Vegas-Modell kann man mit dem Rotor Roulette spielen. Er hat einen roten Zeiger. Sch\u00fcttelt man die Uhr, dreht sich der Rotor (nat\u00fcrlich) und zeigt beim Stoppen auf eine Zahl, die auf der transparenten R\u00fcckseite eingraviert ist. Es gibt drei verschiedene Skalen: eine in der Mitte mit den Zahlen 1 bis 4 in japanischen Kanji, eine zweite auf dem Glas und eine dritte auf dem Metallrand der R\u00fcckseite.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Das Glas besteht aus einem kratzfesten, flachen Saphirglas. Die Krone ist recht schlicht und nicht signiert.
Das Armband besteht ebenfalls aus Titan und besteht aus abwechselnd goldenen Mittelgliedern und gr\u00f6\u00dferen Titangliedern. Die Schlie\u00dfe ist sehr sch\u00f6n und tr\u00e4gt neben der Marke ein Roulette-Symbol.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Die Bewegung<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Das L990-Uhrwerk ist aus mehreren Gr\u00fcnden, die ich bereits erw\u00e4hnt habe, sehr bekannt. Erstens ist es sehr flach (weniger als 3 mm), was sehr auff\u00e4llt. Au\u00dferdem ist es recht klein und eignete sich perfekt f\u00fcr kleinere Geh\u00e4use, wie es in den 80er Jahren der Trend war.
Die technischen Daten des Uhrwerks sind erstklassig. Es verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber zwei Federh\u00e4user, deren Federn zusammenwirken, um die Kraft\u00fcbertragung auf die beweglichen Teile des Kalibers stabiler zu gestalten, und eine Gangreserve von 44 Stunden. Es schl\u00e4gt mit 28.800 Halbschwingungen pro Stunde, verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine Sekundenstoppfunktion und eine Datumsanzeige um Mitternacht. Es waren verschiedene Varianten des Kalibers erh\u00e4ltlich, mit oder ohne Sekunde, mit oder ohne Datum (L992, L993, L994) und mit 17 oder 25 Steinen.
Interessant ist, dass das Uhrwerk sp\u00e4ter von Lemania unter der Referenznummer 8815 weiterverwendet wurde.

Abschlie\u00dfend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Diese Longines Conquest ist eine Art UFO in der Produktion der 80er Jahre. Die Quarzversionen sind so leicht zu finden, dass sie massenhaft verkauft wurden, aber diese Automatikversion mit ihrem erstklassigen L990-Uhrwerk ist selten. Wer kleinere Uhren bevorzugt, wird von diesem Modell begeistert sein.
