Description
Nice Orient Weekly Auto, probably from the late 60’s. Nice 37 mm wide stainless steel case in good condition, fluted bezel, white dial with some minor wear, white insert, day in Kanji at 6 o’clock and date at 3 o’clock (date with working quickset).
The leather bracelet is new. The acrylic crystal is not new but in good condition.
The movement is an automatic 19 jewels Orient 1931.
It’s holding good time, the daily drift is about +15 seconds and the amplitude is good (ca 240°).
A sporty model, interesting alternative to Seiko and Citizen.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serived, checked and cleaned (01/2022). Water resistance non tested.
