Description
This Seiko 5 Actus that was marketed for the japanese domestic market (JDM). It was released in February 1971 according to its serial number.
The watch is in its original condition but the crystal has been replaced. The steel bracelet is original and “Seiko 5 Actus” signed.
Nice black dial, dauphine hands and steel indexes. Day (in english and kanji) and date at 3 with working quickset for both.
The movement is a Seiko 23-jewel automatic 6106. It has just been serviced. It works fine (+/- 15 s/d).
The overall condition is good, the dial, hands and steel case having some minor wear.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced (2021/05) checked and cleaned. Water resistance non tested (so no dipping or shower with this watch).
