Description
Stunning vintage Seiko 5 Sportsmatic Deluxe 7619-9020 in good overall condition. It was released in September 1966 according to its serial number. These Seiko Sportsmatic Deluxe are an enhanced version of the 5 Sportsmatic with a date quickset (with a dedicated pusher), a stainless steel case and a better finishing.
This Sportmatic Deluxe is in its original condition, nice white glossy dial with some light wear , dauphine hands and steel indexes. Day (in english) and date at 3 (with quickset). The case, which is one of my favorite in the Deluxe range, is in good condition, with some minor wear.
The movement is a Seiko 25-jewel automatic 7619. It works fine, holds good time (gaining about 10 s a day).
The crystal is probably original, I polished it, the black leather band is new.
Vintage watch with unknown history but checked, serviced (01/2022) and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
