Description
Lovely vintage Citizen Promaster type diver’s watch, released in 1989 according to its serial number.
The watch is in its original condition, except for the “NATO” strap which is new and the crystal that has been just replaced.
Nice flawless dial, arrow hands with luminova, luminous indexes . Day (in English and Kanji) and date at 3.
The movement is a Citizen 2854 quartz, with stop second and day & date quickset. It works fine, a new battery will be provided.
The overall condition of this Citizen is good, the case has only minor wear. The bezel has some scratches on its enamel but nothing important.
The overall look and feel of this watch is quite different from usual scuba watches, it’s quite aerial and thin (less than 9 mm thick). The crown is on the left hand side of the case.
Vintage watch with unknown history but checked and cleaned (2021/10). Water resistance not tested, please don’t dive with it.
