Description
Nice Seiko 5 7009-3130 that was marketed for the french-speaking market. It was released in July 1983 according to its serial number.
The watch is in its original condition, which is good. The crystal has been replaced and the stainless steel bracelet is original to this model.
Gorgeous deep blue dial (which looks almost grey) with steel markers, pencil hands, day (in english and french) and date at 3, with quickset for both. The dial has a small discolouration near the 6 hour marker.
The movement is a Seiko 17-jewel automatic 7009. It works fine (+/- 20 s/d), has just been serviced (2021/03).
The steel case has light wear.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced, checked and cleaned. Water resistance non tested (so no dipping or shower with this watch).
