Description
This Seiko 5 Actus was marketed for the japanese domestic market. It was released in January 1975 according to its serial number.
The watch is in its original condition, only the crystal has been replaced by a similar one. The steel band is a generic one but fits perfectly the watch..
Gorgeous brown dial (looking black at first sight), broad bâton hands and steel indexes. Day (in english and kanji) and date at 3, with working quickset for both of them.
The movement is a Seiko 23-jewel automatic 6106. It has just been serviced (2020/07), cleaned and works fine.
The overall condition is good, the steel case has some light wear.
Vintage watch with unknown history but checked and cleaned. Water resistance non tested (so no dipping or shower with this watch).
