Description
Beautiful Seiko 5 Sports in all black. It was produced in 1969 according to its serial number.
The watch is in its original condition except for the crystal, which has just been replaced.
Gorgeous black dial with some patina near the luminous hours markers (they are much less visible in real than on the pictures), batons hands and beige triangle second hand. Day (in English) and date at 3, with quickset for the date only.
The movement is a Seiko 21-jewel automatic 6119. It has just been serviced, it works fine (+/- 10 s/d).
The overall condition is very good, the big pillow case has only minor wear and is shiny.
Finally, the watch comes with a new black leather band. Definetely a impressive watch, in good condition and fully working.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced and cleaned (07/2022). Water resistance non tested (so no dipping or shower with this watch).
