Description
Classic vintage Seiko 5 Sportsmatic Deluxe 7606-7911 in good overall condition, with some nice patina. It was released in December 1964 according to its serial number, it’s an early “Deluxe” model. These Seiko Sportsmatic Deluxe are an enhanced version of the 5 Sportsmatic with a date quickset (with a dedicated pusher), a stainless steel case and a better finishing.
This Sportmatic is in its original condition, nice white dial with some minor flaws, dauphine hands and steel markers. Day (in English) and date at 3 (with quickset). The case is in good condition, with some normal wear.
The movement is a Seiko 23-jewel automatic 7606. It has been serviced, it works fine, holding good time (gaining about 15 s a day).
The crystal is in new, as is the brown leather band.
Vintage watch with unknown history but checked, serviced (2021/03) and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
