Description
Rare black Seiko 5 Sportsmatic Deluxe 7619-7010 in good overall condition. It was released in January 1966 according to its serial number. These Seiko Sportsmatic Deluxe are an enhanced version of the 5 Sportsmatic with a date quickset (with a dedicated pusher), a stainless steel case and a better finishing.
This Sportmatic Deluxe is in its original condition, rare black dial with some wear, dauphine hands and steel hour markers. Day (in English) and date at 3 (with quickset). The case is in good condition, with some normal minor wear.
The movement is a Seiko 25-jewel automatic 7619. It has been serviced, it works great, holding good time (gaining about 10 s a day), the balance having an good amplitude.The crystal is new, as is the black leather band.Vintage watch with unknown history but checked, serviced (2021/12) and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
