In 1977, analogic quartz watches weren’t that common and were quite expensive. They were high range watches and were built as their mechanical competitors : stainless steel case, mineral crystal, etc…
The quartz movement is a Seiko 7546 Type II, the monthly drift is about 2 seconds.
