Very interesting Seiko JDM model from 2006. This SCVS is the “prequel” of the Seiko SARB033, they share the same beautiful and fascinating case and of course, the same 6R15 calibre. Amid the main differences, the bracelet is most obvious with its narrow interlinks and the dial is slightly different as well. Very good overall condition, a few scratches and signs of use on the case. Flawless dial, flawless sapphire crystal. The bracelet is original and will fit a wrist up to 19 cm. The hands and the hour markers glow in the dark.
The movement is an automatic 24 jewels Seiko 6R15, I just serviced it and is running well.
It holds good time, the shifting is about 3 seconds a day and the amplitude is good (about 260°).
A less known and rarer model than the SARB033, rarely seen on the market.
Vintage watch with unknown history but checked and cleaned (11/2024). Water resistance non tested.
