Gorgeous vintage Seiko Seikomatic Weekdater 6206-8990 with day (in english) and date. Nice big 38 mm stainless steel case with snap back, white dial with some minor wear (a few spots, see pictures). And look at these hands… Just incredible.
The case is in good condition too.
The Seikomatic Weekdater has become quite iconic these few last years (isn’t it the first day and date Seiko ?), it’s classy, quite big and reliable.
The Seiko 6206 movement is clean, has just been serviced (ball bearing of the rotor replaced) and is holding very good time. The date quickset is working.
New black leather band, new acrylic glass.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced (2020/08), checked and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
