Lovely Seiko SilverWave Quartz 8229-7000 from 1979, with arabic numbers and a screw crown.
The steel case has some normal wear, the dial is flawless and the hands have very light patina.
The crystal is new.
A new battery has been fitted in the 8229 movement and it has been relubed. The days can be displayed in japanese Kanji or in English.
All functions are working,
Finally, the watch comes with its original stainless steel bracelet.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced, checked and cleaned (09/2024). Water resistance non tested.
