Description
Seldom early Seiko Sportsmatic “time-only” in good condition. It was released in January 1962, the dial and the case has this old logo that you can find on early Sportsmatics.
This watch is in its original condition, dauphine hands, steel indexes and dial with lovely patine. The stainless steel case is in very good condition.
The movement is a not often seen Seikosha 17-jewel automatic 325. It works fine and holds good time, gaining about 15 s a day. It has just been serviced (03/2021)
The crystal is new, as is the brown leather band.
Vintage watch with unknown history but checked, serviced and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
