Description
Gorgeous and unusual Citizen Homer Second Setting fitted with a Citizen 911 mechanical movement featuring the hacking second (hence the name “Second Setting”).
The 36 mm stainless steel case is in good condition, the dial is flawless. Its white color and wide diametre are making the watch looking much bigger than its actual 36 mm.
This model has been designed for the Japanese National Railways as it is engraved on the back of the case. This watch has been produced in 1971 (Showa 46).
The movement has been serviced and is holding good time (+/- 10 s/day).
The acrylic crystal is in good condition, the black brown leather band is new.
Vintage watch without known history but serviced, checked and cleaned (04/2023). Water resistance non tested.
