Lovely and unusual Seiko 2559-7000 from April 1969. Beautiful shiny/brushed steel case in good condition. Navy blue dial with metal hour markers and sword hands. Original crystal in good condition, with minor scratches.
The calibre is an in-house hand wound Seiko 2559 with 24 jewels beating at 28,800 bph. It has been serviced and is holding good time (-5 s/d).
New brown “ostrich” leather band.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced (12/2022), checked and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
