Description
Seiko LM Lord Matic 5606-8051 from March 1975, in good overall condition, fitted with a mid range 5606 automatic movement, with hacking second and manual winding.
The 8051 case is in fact similar to the 7070, the difference is that on the 8051, the crystal is directly pressed into the case. On the 7070, the crystal is glued on the insert and held by the presed outer bezel.
The overall condition of this watch is good with minor wear on the case. The dial is flawless. The glass cut crystal is new and the steel bracelet is original to this model.
The movement has just been serviced (February 2025) and is holding very good time (+/- 10 s/d). The day & date quickset is working.
A beautiful classic 50-year old model in good condition and fully working.
Vintage watch without known history but serviced, checked and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
