Gorgeous and unusual Citizen Homer Second Setting fitted with a Citizen 0911 mechanical movement featuring the hacking second (hence the name “Second Setting”).
The 36 mm stainless steel case is in very good condition, the dial is flawless. Its fair colour and wide diametre are making the watch looking much bigger than its actual 36 mm.
This model has been designed for the Japanese National Railways the engravings on the back say “Showa 55 84 Shintetsu”.
The movement has been serviced and is holding good time (+/- 5 s/day).
The acrylic crystal is in new, as is the brown leather band.
Vintage watch without known history but serviced, checked and cleaned (10/2025). Water resistance non tested.
