Description
Splendid vintage Seiko Sportsmatic Calendar 820 in good overall condition. It was released in May 1964 according to its serial number.
This watch is in its original condition, nice white dial with some minor flaws, seldom luminous dauphine hands and steel indexes. Date at 3. The case is in good condition, except for some wear on the right hand side. Unfortunately, these chromed case often suffer of pitting and stain.
The movement is a Seikosha 820 17-jewel automatic 7606. It runs fine, holds good time (+/- 15 seconds a day).
The crystal is new, as is the black leather.
Vintage watch with unknown history but checked, serviced (2020/11) and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
