Seiko 5601

The Seiko 5601 movement has been introduced in 1968 as the automatic mid range movement. It was a “time only” automatic calibre beating at 21,600 bph, with 23 or 25 jewels. It belongs to the famous 56xx family, which is found in the King and Grand Seiko.
It was used in the Seiko Lord Matic (LM) range until ca 1975.
