Description
Gorgeous silver Seiko 5 Sportsmatic Deluxe 7619-7010 in good to very good overall condition. It was produced in November 1965 according to its serial number. These Seiko Sportsmatic Deluxe are an enhanced version of the 5 Sportsmatic with a date quickset (with a dedicated pusher), a stainless steel case and a better finishing.
This Sportmatic Deluxe is in its original condition, rare silver dial with a concentric pattern and iridescent reflections, dauphine hands and steel hour markers. Days in English and date at 3 o’clock (with quickset). The case is in good condition, with some normal minor wear.
The movement is a Seiko 25-jewel automatic 7619. It has been serviced, it works great, holding good time (gaining about 10 s a day), the balance having an good amplitude. The crystal is probably original, I polished it. The black leather band is new.
Vintage watch without known history but checked, serviced (03/2023) and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
