Description
Rare black variation of the Seikomatic 6206-8040 from October 1965. Nice 37 mm stainless steel case with screw back, black flawless dial and dauphine hands in good condition. The hands are gorgeous with their central part being brushed.
The case has some normal minor wear.
The Seiko 6206 movement is clean, has just been serviced and is holding very good time (+10 s/j), the balance having an good amplitude (260°).
New black leather band, original acrylic glass in good condition.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced (10/2023), checked and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
