Description
Gorgeous swiss Rado Captain Cook from the mid 70s. Nice big stainless steel cushion case in very good condition, broad baton hands, metal markers and near flawless black dial. Date at 3 o’clock. The crown is original, with its embossed anchor. The acrylic crystal seems original as well, I polished it.
The calibre is an AS 1903 customised by Rado. It has been serviced (cleaning, relubing). It runs well, having a good amplitude (250°) and keeping good time (+10 s/d).
The inner bezel rotates freely.
Finally, the bracelet is original to the watch, it matches the reference seen on Rado documents and the double seahorse is embossed on the clasp.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced, checked and cleaned (05/2026). Water resistance non tested.
The pictures are actual and are fully part of the description, so look at them with attention.
