Description
Unusual Seiko LM De Luxe 5626-8140 from 1976. Nice stainless steel case in good original condition. White flawless dial, numeral hour markers and hands in very good condition. Day (in English and japanese Kanji) and date at 3 o’clock, with a working quickset.
This LM De Luxe is closer to the King Seiko 56KS than the simple LM, it shares the same 5626 movement. The model was only sold in Japan in 1976 and is quite rare.
The watch is in its original condition except for the sapphire crystal which I just fitted on the case.
The automatic Seiko 5626 movement has just been serviced (cleaning, relubing) and is holding good time (+ 5 s/j), the balance having a good amplitude.
Finally, the watch comes with its original stainless steel bracelet.
Vintage watch with unknown history but checked and cleaned (05/2025). Water resistance non tested.
