Description
classy vintage Seiko Seikomatic 6206-8010 with day (in english) at 9 o’clock and date at 3 o’clock. This configuration is not common. Nice shiny 36 mm stainless steel case with a gorgeous screw back, white dial, sword hands.
The case has only minimal wear, it’s in very good condition.
The Seikomatic range was the top of the automatic watches made by Seiko in the 60’s, before the introduction of the automatic King and Grand in the late 60’s.
The Seiko 6206 movement is clean, has just been serviced and is holding very good time, the balance having an excellent amplitude (295°).
New black leather band, new old stock acrylic crystal.
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced (2021/11), checked and cleaned. Water resistance non tested.
