When we talk about Seiko, we generally think about automatic watches because they really popularised these movements making them affordable and standard in the 60’s.
Of course, they also produced purely mechanical hand wound watches through very nice ranges : one of the most known is the Marvel range, but the Crown, Cronos, Sportsman or Champion were very popular too. Some others were more confidential, like the Laurel, the early Super, the Liner or the Skyliner, which was probably the last hand wound range produced by Seiko. And indeed, they produced Grand and King hand wound models too, with the 44 & 45 movements. They gave up the production in the early 70’s.
