Our shipping provider is the french public postal service “La Poste – Colissimo” and their local partners, all shippings are “ad valorem” insured. They have the best quality-reliability-price ratio. Of course, you can ask for a courrier service such as DHL but it has a cost.
For non EU countries, a custom declaration will be attached to the parcel, with no exception. That means that you might have to pay custom fees and VAT (non-EU countries only !).
The usual delivery timings are :
France : 48 h
Germany/Benelux/Italy/UK/Denmark/CH/Austria : 2 to 5 days
Spain/Hungary/CZ/Portugal/Sweden/Denmark : 3 to 7 days
US/Canada/Asia : 5 to 10 days
AUS/NZ : 10 to 15 days
These may of course vary.
