Gorgeous Seiko Dolce Quartz 9521-5170 from 1985, in very good original condition.
The golden “NSAG” (Super Hard Alloy probably partly made of tungsten carbide) case is flawless, almost unscratchable and slim (less than 6 mm !). The sapphire crystal is flat and is scratch free. The dial is textured and is in very good condition.
A new battery has been fitted in the 9521 movement and it has been relubed. It’s working nicely.
Finally, the watch comes with its original bracelet, in very good condition.
That was the top of the top of quartz watches 40 years ago. Can you imagine that it was sold in the 1985 japanese domestic market Seiko catalogue for 100,000 yens ?
Vintage watch with unknown history but serviced, checked and cleaned (05/2023). Water resistance non tested.
